SIGN UP FOR MINI CAMP

Sign up for Mini Camp! On certain days where we are closed, we will offer additional childcare, where we can. Space is limited, so please register ASAP! (Form can be used for both preschool and school-age registration)

ADDITIONAL PICKUP AUTHORIZATION

Need to authorize an additional person to pickup your student? Please either download the form and turn it into the office, or send it in digitally at the link.

CHANGE OF CONTRACT FORM

Need to change your contract days or hours? You can fill out a Change of Contract form by downloading it here or following the link to the digital form, and then submitting it for review.

CHALLAH ORDER FORM

Order challah through us and pick up at school on Friday! We partner with the Bagel Factory, and offer plain, chocolate chip, and raisin challah options.
